Flextronics Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Buyer Direct to join our Global Procurement & Supply Chain team. Based in Prai, you will coordinate procurement of direct materials, components and equipment to support production schedules.

You will maintain supplier relationships, issue purchase orders, track shipments and manage stock levels to prevent overstock while ensuring timely deliveries. A Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years in procurement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of direct materials, components and equipment.
• Maintain supplier relations and place orders according to production needs.
• Track shipments and manage inventories to avoid overstock.
• Approve invoices and monitor supplier performance.
