Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture workstream for strategic transformation initiatives in the banking sector. This role focuses on defining future-state architecture, evaluating solutions, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives.

The candidate will bring deep expertise in banking architecture, API design, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture principles, with Capital Markets experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proven experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technology Architect in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in application, integration, API, and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture workstream across transformation programmes.
• Define target-state architecture and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Develop API and integration strategies for internal/external systems.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance across designs.
• Evaluate platforms, vendors, and architectural patterns for scalability.
