Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Retail Management or fashion merchandising.
• 5–8 years in retail buying, category management, or commercial management.
• Strong data-driven decision making and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Market & Product Leadership: monitor trends and translate insights into buying strategies.
• Budget Ownership: manage category budgets and reallocation decisions.
• Category Buy Plan Management: consolidate plans and optimize cash flow.
• Brand & Supplier Negotiation: negotiate terms, pricing, margins, and exclusivity.
