Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Malaysia seeks an Experienced AI/ML Engineer to shape strategic AI initiatives for mission-critical communications. You will scout mature AI technologies, assess risks, and develop PoCs to prove value before deployment.

You'll bridge cloud and edge architectures, optimize development pipelines with MLOps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI features for our customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, product management, or technical strategy, ideally within cloud SaaS, telecommunications, or UCaaS.
• Risk-Aware Innovation: Distinguish between hype and stable, production-ready AI; experience deploying AI in high-reliability environments.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Translate AI concepts into business value (ROI, cost-savings, performance metrics).

Responsibilities

• Strategic AI research & risk assessment for enterprise AI deployments.
• Develop PoCs to validate performance, cost-to-serve, and operational impact.
