Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, product management, or technical strategy.
• Experience deploying AI in high-reliability environments.
• Cross-functional leadership translating AI concepts to business value.
• Familiarity with audio processing, ASR, NLP for real-time comms.
• Deep understanding of managed AI services across cloud providers.
• Strong understanding of edge vs cloud for latency and compute balance.
• Knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Scout AI landscape for mature technologies ready for enterprise deployment.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments (security, bias, latency, hallucination risks).
• Develop PoCs to validate performance, cost-to-serve, and operational impact.
• Identify bottlenecks and deploy AI tools to enhance engineering productivity.
• Implement AI-driven telemetry and predictive maintenance for cloud infra.
• Streamline support and onboarding with secure, RAG-based assistants for dispatchers and IT admins.
• Design AI integrations for cloud dispatch systems and predictive resource allocation.
• Leverage predictive AI to optimize cloud routing and reduce latency.
