Job description

Strategic Administration & Costing Executive

Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Economics, or related Business fields.

Preferably specializing in Finance, Economy, Statistics, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written.

Costing Responsibilities

• Support in controlling department expenses.
• Assist in monitoring factory department expenses.
• Contribute to annual budget preparation.
• Study, review, revise, and recommend variable manufacturing costs, including utilities and product cost budgets, with forecasts on an annual and monthly basis to improve costing processes continuously.

Administration Responsibilities

• Assist in factory-related reporting.
• Compile and analyze overall factory performance results.
• Support document control for departmental documentation.
• Coordinate factory guest and visitor arrangements.
• Assist in company-wide activities.
• Support the compilation and progress updates of the Factory Annual report.
