About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six-floor luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Storekeeper

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Storekeeper. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with policies, rules, and procedures related to Purchasing, Receiving, and Store Departments.
• Handling all Receiving and Store duties.
• Verifying deliveries against purchase orders.
• Investigating and rejecting unapproved deliveries.
• Inspecting items upon receipt for quality, quantity, and condition.
• Approving food quality with the Executive Chef or delegate.
• Receiving and inspecting engineering, retail, spa, flowers, and other specialty items.
• Receiving deliveries at designated areas only.
• Stamping invoices and packing slips upon receipt.
• Updating electronic systems and posting invoices.
• Reporting shortages, returns, or no-shows immediately.
• Maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Candidates should have hotel operations knowledge, previous purchasing/store experience, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.
