About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six-floor luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline. Lush landscaping around the rooftop pool and terrace will create an urban oasis, echoing the greenery of the KLCC Park below.

Storekeeper

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Storekeeper.

  • Ensure compliance with all policies, rules, internal controls, and procedures related to Purchasing, Receiving, and Store Department.
  • Responsible for all Receiving and Store duties and functions.
  • Ensure deliveries match approved purchase orders.
  • Investigate and reject deliveries without purchase orders.
  • Inspect items upon receipt for quality, quantity, and condition.
  • Inspect food quality; approve questionable items with the Executive Chef or delegate.
  • Accept deliveries of engineering, retail, spa, flowers, and other specialty items, verifying with originating departments.
  • Receive deliveries at designated areas only.
  • Stamp invoices and packing slips upon receipt.
  • Update electronic Purchase Order and Inventory systems, post invoices.
  • Check postings against reports before generating Daily Receiving Reports.
  • Report shortages, returns, or no-shows immediately to the Director of Purchasing.
  • Maintain professionalism to reflect Four Seasons' high standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Candidates must have hotel operations knowledge, previous purchasing/store experience, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the right to work in Malaysia.
