Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Check, update stock and ensure Purchase Requisition raise prior to minimum stock level.
  • Prepare Supplier Performance Review and Contractor Performance Review.
  • Checking and acknowledge received material and goods from supplier as per Purchase Order.
  • Update Bin Card and Reconcile stock balance every 6 months.
  • Ensure proper store management in proper conditions and requirements.
  • Checking and acknowledge received material and goods from supplier as per purchase order.
  • Ensure proper store arrangement, cleanliness internally and surrounding area.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of store procedures and policies.
  • Report any issues or concerns related to inventory management to the Manager, Traffic


Requirements

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
