Job summary
A well-established company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Ipoh. The candidate will be responsible for stock management and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Ensure timely dispatches of finished goods with proper monitoring and arrangement of Branches’ truck schedule.
Ensure physical outgoing stock tally with documentation of DO, picking list and etc.
Ensure loading truck for loose truck is minimized and reduce the delivery discrepancy.
Monitoring stock discrepancies and ensure proper record.
Identify any damaged goods and record pertinent information.
Operating WMS & M3 to make sure physical stock tally with system.
Conducting physical counts, reconciling with WMS data and M3 system.
Housekeeping to ensure meet 5S standard.
Assist Executive and Supervisor to oversee the warehousing activity, including space management, floor productivity and delivery arrangement.
Carry out stock count and ensure the stock variance to not more than tolerance figure.
Ensure warehouse workers comply to the safety and security procedures.
Monitor warehouse facilities to ensure the equipment and tools are properly maintained and complied with safety guidelines.
Maintaining reports pertaining to the warehouse.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate who possess at least a Diploma, Advance Diploma in related field or equivalent will add advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in warehousing store experience.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated with analytical skills.
Computer knowledge in Microsoft
Must be willing to work in Ipoh and working on Saturday (half day).
