Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in managing warehouse and inventory operations.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and relevant software.
- Experience working in a United Nations or similar international organization.
- Experience working in multicultural teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Secondary school education; post-secondary certification is desirable.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- At least four years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and dispatch non-food commodities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and verify warehouse documentation; maintain accurate records.
- Conduct inventory checks and reconcile warehouse transactions.
- Inspect inbound commodities for quality and compliance; report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage practices and supervise offloading operations.
- Monitor warehouse conditions and manage commodity storage and disposal.
- Maintain records of commodity movements and perform system-related tasks.
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training.
- Perform additional duties as required.
