Responsible for managing all incoming deliveries and shipments, ensuring the safe keeping of all stock within the care warehouses.
Follows procedures for activities such as verifying incoming and outgoing equipment/material shipments from the warehouse.
Handles and disposes of inventory items, maintaining accurate and current warehouse records.
Compares deliveries with purchase orders or contract specifications, notifying HQ of any discrepancies.
Prepares items for dispatch to clients using delivery documentation or notes.
Inspects the physical condition of storage areas, materials, and equipment.
Collaborates with the Accounts Department to conduct physical inventories as needed.
Performs additional duties to support other departments when required.
Adheres to the company’s policies, objectives, and quality management system.
Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable.
