FitArch is a fast-growing brand specializing in custom orthotic insoles, designed to support foot health through science-backed structure and comfort. As our business expands, we’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.

===== REQUIREMENTS =====

Fluent in Mandarin (Required) – for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Logistics/Warehouse Management

At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in warehouse/store operations is preferred

Fresh candidates with strong attention to detail are welcome

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

SAP/ Inventory software experience

====== RESPONSIBILITIES =====

Manage inbound/outbound orthotics stock, storage, and proper shelf arrangement

Perform regular stock checks and ensure inventory matches system records

Use Microsoft Excel to update inventory reports and track data

Assist with packing & shipments

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Coordinate with sales and purchasing departments for stock replenishment

Conduct stock counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods

Verify supplier deliveries and match them with purchase orders
