Storekeeper

Job Responsibilities

1. Arrange and identify raw materials and finished goods properly.
2. Maintain the quality of raw materials and finished goods through proper handling and storage.
3. Implement FIFO practices and organize storage areas to maximize capacity.
4. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes.
5. Coordinate and monitor all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
6. Check incoming raw materials against purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO).
7. Verify outgoing finished goods against delivery orders (DO).
8. Manage internal material requisitions to production.
9. Ensure proper maintenance of all warehouse facilities and equipment.
10. Implement the 6S practices consistently.
11. Assist the head of department or warehouse personnel in logistics operations.
12. Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or management.

Academy Requirements

Minimum SPM or related qualification, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Experience / Skill Requirements

At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Ability to operate a forklift.
