Job description

Receiving & Storage: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. Ensure proper storage of items in designated locations.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Issuing Goods: Process requisitions and issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel. Ensure proper documentation for all issued items.

Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages.

Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and any discrepancies.

Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
