- Responsible for the daily store activities such as receiving, storage, packing, labelings and scheduling pick up and deliveries.
- To receive incoming goods from suppliers according to correct DO item and quantity, verification on expiry date of goods.
- To confirm and release outgoing goods in correct item and quantity according to order processing team requisition and customer DO.
- To arrange and store goods in the correct location racks / designated storage area.
- To be responsible for loading and unloading works on incoming & outgoing goods in the store based on FIFO and FEFO method.
- Maintain up to date stock record, to record and update the stock card and submit inventory report to superior.
- To practice regular stock check to ensure the physical stock quantity tallies with updated stock record in the System.
- To practice packing according to the packaging instructions to ensure all parcels are packed with good labelings and comply with shipping safety standards.
- To perform daily cycle count and month-end stock count activities.
- To keep store cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
- Follow all company rules and policies.
- To undertake other related jobs as assigned from time to time by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma in any field.
- Computer literate is a must.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
- Strong adaptability, sense of responsibility, reliable and with a strong sense of urgency to get things done.
- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Open-minded with self-initiative to keep learning and progressing.
