About the role

PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely storage, retrieval, and distribution of goods.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receive products from suppliers; issue IRF for products requiring inspection, and check product appearance & quantity upon receipt.
  2. Manage centralized distribution — incoming, weighing, storage, and outgoing to branches.
  3. Update the Warranty Stock Movement / FIFO Control for Health Care Equipment and monitor equipment that requires repair.
  4. Maintain warehouse management systems, including stock card updates, FIFO issuing, housekeeping, and organization.
  5. Conduct weekly cycle counts for BV items.
  6. Perform monthly and yearly stock takes and generate variance analysis reports.
  7. Handle normal distribution, express shipments, and online purchases.
  8. Verify receiving quantities at branches and intercompany updates to prevent stock discrepancies.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned.
