Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving and keying in materials using the Autocount system, as well as preparing and entering outgoing materials.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly material stock balances for Store 1 & 2.
• Handle monthly material returns and damage reports.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department regarding inventory and material management.
• Operate forklift safely, including servicing, repairs, refilling diesel, and cleaning.
• Ensure monthly machine servicing, repairs, refilling petrol, and checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store following 5S principles.
