Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper receiving and issuance of goods.
• Conduct visual checks on cargo upon receipt, verifying item, quantity, and labeling against Delivery Order (D/O) content.
• Report any abnormalities, such as torn or damaged goods, to the Supervisor.
• Acknowledge receipt of goods in accordance with D/O content.
• Conduct tally checks to ensure outbound cargo matches D/O before loading onto lorry or container.
• Ensure finished goods are packed according to shipping instructions.
• Take pictures of the container and post them to the WhatsApp group after stuffing and unstuffing.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure cargo is picked and packed timely for transportation.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Operate forklift and reach truck.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Information:

Minimum Qualification: SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or equivalent.
