Job summary

You will monitor stock levels, update inventory logs daily, ensure safe storage and cleanliness of the diesel area, and coordinate with drivers for dispatches. Regular stock checks and reconciliation with management are expected, with attention to safety and environmental regulations.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming diesel deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, record fuel movements, and daily inventory logs.
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of the diesel area.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations for dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with management.
• Prepare and maintain records such as delivery notes, stock cards, and vouchers.
• Comply with safety and environmental regulations related to fuel handling.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
