Storekeeper

Inventory Management & Tracking – Maintain stock in inventory system to track stock usage, ensure proper stock levels, monthly cycle count of stock and set up alerts for replenishment.

Marking On Final Equipment – Marking on final equipment, record number and cross check with quotation.

Store Organization – Maintain a structured and well-organized warehouse, ensuring easy access to materials and tools. Keep the store clean, tidy and systematic.

Quality Control & Documentation – Keep detailed records of tool brands, material quality, and supplier feedback.

Coordination with Supplier – Issue Purchase Order (PO) and place order with Supplier. Communicate with the supplier regarding item arrivals, quality issues, returns, and refunds.

Report – To prepare monthly stock report.

Qualifications

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent.

1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management and storekeeping.

Able to work 6 days per week.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & inventory management software.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented and responsible, ensuring accurate stock tracking.

Understanding the importance of bookkeeping & inventory management practices.

Effective Communication skills to coordinate with the supplier, logistic (service team) and production teams.

Basic knowledge for forklift will be a surplus.
