To coordinate with IQC by ensuring speedy and smooth handling of incoming quality inspections.

To manage and be responsible for inventory accuracy, e.g., part number, location, batch lot, warehouse, and security of all materials in the store.

Undertake yearly stocktaking activities and weekly cycle counts.

Verify discrepancies and provide reasons to management for approval.

Ensure timely kiting of materials according to production request quantities.

Ensure on-time document submission and ERP system transactions.

Monitor SFC production order closing daily and perform transactions after completion of kiting.

Ensure correct quantities and materials are delivered to production to fit scheduled work and are completed on time. Follow up on SFC production order shortages and kiting.

Liaise with shipping and team for scrap disposition.

Receive materials from suppliers, ensuring quantities and items match D/O or invoice.

Arrange shipment of finished goods, ensuring correct items are loaded into containers.

Enhance ESD control according to SOP.

Monitor product shelf life expiration and escalate to management if any issues arise.

Ensure Store Operating Procedures are observed and adhered to at all times.

Coordinate stock movements within J2 and 3PL warehouses (Xin Hwa and 3PL).

Assist in job and basic training related to physical matters and ERP system for subordinates.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Perform other duties as assigned by superiors and the Supply Chain Manager.

Job Requirements:

At least SPM or Materials Management qualification, preferably with 1+ years of related experience.

Good understanding of warehouse management.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, with ability to communicate across all levels.

Experience in a contract manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge of ERP systems such as BaaN, SAP, or InforLN preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Self-organized, structured, independent, and self-motivated.

Willing to learn new things and accept new processes.
