• To receive and verify incoming materials and/or goods as listed on the delivery order / purchase order.
• To record all inbound items and check and remark all relevant details into the job order.
• To inspect materials and/or goods received in good condition.
• Ensure stock requisitions are properly maintained and updated in the system.
• To record and manage materials inventory lists to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• To plan and manage the placement of materials in the company store.
• To plan housekeeping activities and maintain the cleanliness of the company store.
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in the relevant field or qualification.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing/inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Computer Literacy & Willing to work at Quarry Site.
