Storekeeper

Job Responsibility

• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
• Responsible for daily activities of the warehouse operation
• Perform other stock-related duties, including labelling goods
• Handling incoming goods
• Perform strict control of stock inventory, ensure physical stock quantity and quality
• Pick goods in accordance with Picking List and Delivery Order/Invoice/Transfer Bill
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• Perform monthly/yearly stock take

Job Requirements

• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia; able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Minimum Education: Primary / Secondary School, SPM, or 'O' Level in any field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a warehouse, storekeeping, or any related industry
• Basic Computer Skill: Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Inventory System
• Able to work independently
• Have a good self-discipline, team player and positive attitude toward learning
