Job summary

IJM Industry in Malaysia seeks a Store Team Lead to oversee production of Scaffold Master, supervise store staff, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations at our Johor base.

You will monitor stock, perform basic inventory checks via middleware, report performance, coordinate replenishment, and drive process improvements through internal training and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good in steel fabrication.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Cert.
• Willing to travel and base at Johor.
• Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of industry procurement processes.
• Additional language proficiency (especially Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin).
• Existing network of industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate store staff during shifts to achieve sales and service goals.
• Monitor stock levels, perform basic inventory checks by using middleware, and assist in stock replenishment.
• Report shift performance, issues, and incidents to Superior
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
• Delegate tasks to team members and monitor execution
