Job description

We are representing a company who specialize in Air Filter. As they are expanding, they are looking for Store Supervisor/Managerto join the team in Puchong, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient and accurate operations of the stockroom/warehouse.
• Ensure smooth inventory management by leading a team of storekeepers.
• Supervise the receiving, storing, picking, packaging, and shipping of inventory.
• Analyze stock levels to identify potential stockouts or overstock situations.
• Implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, such as reordering at appropriate times.
• Develop efficient procedures for receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory to minimize errors and delays.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant data for management review.
• Communicate effectively with storekeepers, management, and other departments regarding inventory needs and updates.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to inventory control.
• Min possess Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in a store/ warehouse.
• Strong experience in inventory management.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 8:30am 6:00pm
• Friday 8:30am 5:00pm
