Job Descriptions:

1. To manage and ensure smooth daily activities and accuracy in receiving spare parts.
2. To ensure and verify the documents vs actual item quantity received as prescribed before capturing into system. Any variances to be reported to Manager and corrective measures to take place immediately.
3. To ensure all movement of store items are correct and accounted for are properly recorded in system on daily basis.
4. To apply the concepts of FIFO in stock.
5. To record the repair parts information into the system.
6. To be responsible for stock count & variance report back to Manager with constructive action to reduce recurring variance.
7. To ensure store goods and facilities are well maintained in accordance with safety measures at all times.
8. Practice and ensure 5S in the store.
9. To do any other jobs and responsibilities related to store not specified above and assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least secondary school/ SPM or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in receiving, storing, and issuing a variety of materials, supplies, and equipment or warehousing experience.
3. A valid driving license, forklift certification, or willingness to acquire and maintain forklift certification.
4. Knowledge of storekeeping and familiarity with issuing and receiving parts.
5. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
6. Computer Skills: ability to utilize SAP software & Microsoft Office applications.
7. Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and work cooperatively with others.
