- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in store operations, showcasing practical knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
- Exhibit proficiency in inventory management, including stock control, inventory tracking, and optimization of stock levels to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
- Possess comprehensive product knowledge of window films and handling products QC, returned and replacement stocks.
- Demonstrate strong operational management skills, including the ability to oversee daily store activities, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Ability to work onsite in Puchong.
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of window film products, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies and prevent stockouts, utilizing inventory management software effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, monitoring shipments and resolving any delivery issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Enforce quality control measures to ensure that all incoming and outgoing products meet established standards, inspecting goods for damage or defects and taking corrective action as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards promptly.
- Utilize product knowledge to accurately identify, store, and retrieve window film products, providing support to sales and customer service teams by providing information on product availability and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including receiving reports, shipping manifests, and inventory records, utilizing warehouse management systems and generating reports as required by management.
