About the role
As a Store Manager / an Area Manager with Generation Two Thousand Apparel Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of retail stores across Malaysia. This is a full-time position that will allow you to play a strategic role in driving the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Oversee day-to-day store operation

Achieve operation objectives

Driving KPI's & profitability

Work closely with area managers and frontline employees

Coach sales team in driving the business

Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies

Implement strategic marketing plans

Conduct regular store visits to review operations, staff performance, and customer service.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Retail Operations management. role, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry

Have a passion for retail and be able to engage with the Retail team on the ground.

Independent worker and a self-motivator.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, planning skills and business acumen.

Has the ability to make quick decisions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.

Able to travel
