Working Location: Bukit Jalil, Pavillion

Working Days: Mon to Sun, 5 days a week (off days on weekdays, shift schedule)

Salary Range: RM6,000 to RM9,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager (Jewelry) to oversee daily store operations and lead the team to success. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership and retail management skills who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description:

  1. Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing routines.
  2. Ensure smooth sales floor operations and drive store profitability.
  3. Handle staff duties: hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and terminations.
  4. Monitor and control inventory, including stock levels, seasonal changes, and promotions.
  5. Maintain a clean, presentable, and safe store environment.
  6. Enforce customer service standards and handle customer complaints.
  7. Oversee security and loss prevention strategies, including audits and damage control.
  8. Manage the store budget, sales targets, and payroll according to company policies.
  9. Prepare and analyze financial and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Good understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in POS and inventory systems like ERP, NetSuite, Epos Now, or Lightspeed Retail.
  • Creative with visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities for budgeting and financial reports.
  • Willing to relocate if required.
  • Work schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day (retail shift schedule), off day on weekday.

We are looking for a Store Manager (Tea House) to lead daily operations, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal for someone passionate about tea culture, with a flair for working with people and driving sales.

Job Description:

  1. Oversee daily tea house operations for smooth service.
  2. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  3. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
  4. Recruit, train, and lead staff.
  5. Arrange staff schedules and motivate the team.
  6. Monitor sales performance and meet targets.
  7. Manage inventory, control costs, and reduce waste.
  8. Handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma/Degree in Business or related field (advantage).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in retail or F&B (tea house experience a plus).
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and finance.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Passion for tea culture and customer service.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Work schedule: 6 days/week, 10am–10pm, off day on weekday.
