We are looking for a dedicated and visionary Store Manager to lead our store operations, inspire a high-performing team, and strengthen our relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service and consistently achieve sales targets.
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team through structured training, coaching, and feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment, ensuring every team member feels valued and supported.
    • Cultivate a strong sense of purpose by clearly communicating the brand's vision, strategy, and goals.
    • Oversee boutique operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
    • Maintain the boutique’s appearance, ensuring all displays meet Amee Philips’ luxury standards.
    • Manage inventory, compliance, and vendor partnerships to optimize operational efficiency.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance client experiences.
    • Take charge of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are engaging and regularly refreshed to highlight new collections.
    • Maintain in-store aesthetics that align with Amee Philips' luxury identity and captivate client interest.
  2. Customer Experience and Client Development:
    • Deliver an unparalleled luxury shopping experience, focusing on personalisation and attention to detail.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
    • Implement client development plans, including follow-ups and tailored VIP services, to foster long-term relationships.
    • Leverage clienteling tools to enhance the customer database and deepen connections.
    • Develop strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals, leveraging relationships with VIPs, influencers, and centres of influence.
    • Curate bespoke events and private viewings to create memorable experiences for clients.
    • Resolve client concerns with empathy and discretion, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.
  3. Commercial Performance:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed boutique KPIs.
    • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve boutique performance.
    • Promote key product categories through strategic action plans to maximize visibility and sales.
    • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Collaborate with marketing to drive foot traffic and client engagement through events and campaigns.
    • Support marketing initiatives, including luxury events, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations.
    • Participate in planning and executing exclusive client events, fostering relationships that promote loyalty.
  4. Brand Representation:
    • Represent Amee Philips with professionalism and integrity, embodying the brand’s values.
    • Ensure the boutique maintains the highest standards of luxury and reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Boutique Manager or similar role within the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to mentor and motivate a team of at least 5 staff members.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury market, current trends, and products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
