Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Fashion Store Manager to lead our boutique operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must, as is prior experience in the retail luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized shopping experiences.
4. Manage inventory levels.
5. Uphold the brand's image through impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising.
6. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and attract new customers.
7. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
2. Proven experience in the retail luxury sector, preferably in a managerial role.
