Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Set agendas and achieve key goals, including:
    • Implement clienteling strategies to engage, recruit, retain, and upgrade clients, with a focus on local domestic clients.
    • Develop and execute business strategies to improve KPIs such as conversion rate, cross-selling, and bags business development.
    • Ensure effective communication of company content through briefings, product and CRM training, and store engagement activities.
    • Manage client database meticulously, including client assignments and reassignments.
    • Build and develop a high-performing team through talent recruitment, retention, and career planning.
    • Provide coaching and development to enhance team skills, manage performance, give feedback, and motivate.
    • Ensure operational and administrative compliance, including AFS procedures.
