About the Role

As a Store Manager, you are the heart and soul of your Wallace Fried Chicken and Burger outlet. You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will ensure our customers consistently enjoy high-quality food and service, making your outlet a local favorite.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to Wallace's high standards for food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, manage costs (food, labor, utilities), and implement strategies to achieve and exceed profitability targets.

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, schedule, and motivate a high-performing team of crew members and supervisors. Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.

Customer Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service, actively manage customer feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Quality Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct accurate stock takes, minimize waste, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and product quality standards.

Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, and relevant Malaysian F&B laws and regulations.

Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales, operational, and financial reports, providing insights to drive improvements.

What We're Looking For

1 years of proven management experience in the Food & Beverage, Fast Food, or Retail industry.

Demonstrated strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Solid understanding of F&B operations, including food safety, inventory management, and cost control.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales and operational targets.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.

Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be the strategic backbone for a designated group of Wallace Fried Chicken and Burger outlets. You'll be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of your area, guiding and developing Store Managers, ensuring brand consistency, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion. Your leadership will directly contribute to the company's regional profitability and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Oversight: Manage the overall operations, financial performance, and compliance for a cluster of Wallace Fried Chicken and Burger outlets within a defined area.

Performance & Profitability: Analyze area-wide sales data, P&L statements, and operational KPIs to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive significant revenue growth and profitability.

Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster strong leadership skills across your area.

Operational Standards: Ensure all outlets consistently adhere to Wallace Fried Chicken and Burger's strict operational standards, food quality, hygiene, and customer service protocols.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business plans, sales targets, and marketing initiatives.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges within your area and implement effective solutions to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor and guide managers on effective inventory management, labor scheduling, and other cost control measures across all outlets in your area.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure all outlets comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant Malaysian F&B laws. Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.

Communication: Act as a key liaison between corporate management and outlet teams, ensuring effective communication of strategies, targets, and feedback.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit management within the F&B, Fast Food (QSR), or Retail industry, with a proven track record of success.

Demonstrated exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with experience managing other managers.

Strong business acumen with solid P&L management experience and the ability to analyze complex data to drive strategic decisions.

In-depth understanding of F&B operations, supply chain, quality control, and customer service best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and motivating at all levels.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively across different locations.

Proficiency in F&B management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
