About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team at LEE TAT LEE ENTERPRISE SDN BHD in Penampang, Sabah. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the financial performance of the business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Oversee the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
• Analyse sales data and develop strategies to improve store performance, increase foot traffic, and maximise profitability
• Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing to customers
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the regional team to identify and implement best practices across the business
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team, supporting their professional development

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data analysis and using data to drive strategic decision-making
• Solid understanding of inventory management, loss prevention, and financial reporting
