Job Description:

1. Providing leadership for the store team, implementing and tracking the LC Waikiki standards for the store and inspiring the team to achieve it.
2. Maximizing store productivity and commercial focus and taking action to obtain the highest level of profitability of the store.
3. Driving performance and growth through excellent operational and commercial execution.
4. Establishing amazing customer service and satisfaction.
5. Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards.
6. Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity/m2, and bottom-line profit objectives.
7. Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance.
8. Controlling the shrinkage rates and all expenses and improving the conversion rates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree is a plus.
2. Malaysian citizen only.
3. Excellent English (written & verbal).
4. Minimum 4 years of retail experience in a managerial position.
5. Able to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mindset, continuously thinking of ways to drive sales and manage costs.
6. Marvelous customer service and interpersonal skills.
7. Consistently shows ability to develop, sales-driven and results-oriented.
8. The ability to solve problems, organize, and plan.
9. The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
