Your new role

As the Store Manager, you demonstrate ownership of the store by maximising store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the brand director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 1 to 3 years store management experience in the retail or service industry

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to inspire teams to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer focus, good relationships with maintenance vendors/contractors
