• Expected salary: RM4,000 - RM5,200 per month

1. Fully responsible for all the stores' operating management, supervising, guiding, and improving employees’ performance overall.
2. Motivate staff enthusiasm to help stores achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Actively collect market information and report to company.
4. Handle customer complaints and problems related to store management.
5. Carry through the company instructions and accomplish other tasks assigned by the leadership.
6. Stock Management that involves stock take, ordering, storing, tracking and monitoring stock levels.
7. Data Analysis in the process of cleaning, changing, and processing raw data and extracting actionable, relevant information that helps businesses make informed decisions.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Chinese and English; able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.
2. Candidates must possess at least a diploma or degree.
3. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field, especially having experience in Uniqlo/Zara/H&M/Padini brand will be preferable.
4. Preferably Manager specialized in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.
5. Required Skill(s): Be familiar with computer operation.
6. Have the ability for team management and coordination.
7. With a strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics, and language and writing skills.
