Job Summary:

• Expected salary: RM4,500 - RM5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
• Oversee the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
• Analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment to motivate and inspire the team
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
