Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
• Monday: Morning, Afternoon
• Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
• Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
• Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
• Friday: Morning, Afternoon

Required 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Expected salary: RM4,500 - RM5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass store targets
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
• Analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Create a positive and motivating work environment for the team
