QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:- 2-3 years of experiences in store keeping, general warehousing, and familiarity with issuing, stocking, ordering and receiving materials.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skill.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (in English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Computer skill - MS Excel
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- To ensure all store requisitions are duly signed off and approved.
- Ensure stock requisition are properly maintained and updated in the system.
- To record and manage materials inventory list to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- To plan and manage placement of materials in company store.
- To plan housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness of the company store.
- Responsible of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Track and document of any discrepancies on received orders and escalate to Purchasing/Procurement for resolution.
- Manage and arrange received materials to its respective pre-assigned locations.
- Manage all outgoing/issuing materials upon request, ensure all requisition form is signed upon material issuing.
- Ensure every single transaction of incoming and/or outgoing of material from store is recorded on stock card and later transfer into computerised system.
- Keep up-to-date of inventory records (manual and computerised) on daily basis.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure the quantity is within the established minimum and maximum levels.
- Responsible for packaging, labelling stock, etc.
- Responsible for day-to-day check, upkeep and hygiene on the storage facilities.
- Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
- Compliance to company ISO standards and HSE policy.
- Performs other tasks/duties as assigned by superior and/or management.
- Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis as advised by the Management.
- To receive and verify incoming materials and/or goods as listed on delivery order / purchase order.
- To inspect materials and/or goods received are in good condition.
- To report to purchasing for rearrangement and accounting department to issue credit note and record keeping should deliveries be with damage or discrepancies.
- To ensure all store requisitions are duly signed off and approved.
