Job summary

FLOWGUARD INDUSTRY SDN. BHD is seeking a Store Keeper to manage warehouse materials, record receiving and issuing, and ensure accuracy of documents. Working days are Monday to Saturday at our Klang, Selangor location.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse management, basic Excel and document reading skills; meticulous and reliable with a willingness to work Saturdays. Male candidates are preferred and drivers are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management; familiarity with material receiving and issuing processes.
• Able to read warehouse documents; basic Excel skills.
• Meticulous, responsible; good at stock checking; willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin; basic English for documents is an advantage.
• Male candidates preferred; driving licence candidates who can double as driver are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse materials, record goods receiving and issuance, ensure all receiving & delivery documents are accurate.
• Conduct regular stock taking, reconcile physical stock against inventory records, investigate stock variance and submit stock count report.
• Arrange proper material storage, implement warehouse 5S practice, keep warehouse clean and protect goods from moisture & damage.
• Check delivery orders & packing lists, verify item specification and quantity upon receiving, report any discrepancy immediately.
• Arrange goods packing and delivery to ensure accurate and on-time shipment.
• Keep all warehouse documents properly and file records; perform other ad-hoc warehouse tasks assigned by superior.

Job Responsibilities
