Job description

Manage material and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability

Generate and maintain material usage reports; track inventory movement and consumption

Oversee inventory control of raw materials and packaging supplies to support production needs

Coordinate and manage storage and handling of finished goods

Supervise logistics operations and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery and distribution

Conduct weekly inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and identify discrepancies

Enforce 5S principles and ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory roles is not required, but will be considered an asset

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory control processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in data entry, inventory tracking, and management systems

Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required (spoken and written) to effectively coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and international customers.
