Job description

STORE EXECUTIVE (Based in Depot, Johor Bahru)

Responsible for the overall store/warehouse operation of Johor Bahru branch, including distribution inventory, CRM, and administration.

Maintain records and oversee storage to ensure efficient store operations.

Liaise with third-party transport service providers.

Handle goods receiving, return goods checking, and ensure stocks are well maintained.

Coordinate and manage logistics measures.

Ensure all deliveries meet customer expectations, are on time, and complete. Process all goods returns within the specified timeframe.

Work closely with Duopharma transport service providers, monitor their performance, and implement necessary improvements.

Check all incoming and outgoing stocks.

Maintain sufficient stock levels in the store and collaborate with superiors on inventory management.

Conduct periodic stock takes and reconciliations as required by HQs.

Supervise two admin clerks in sales order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The Person

SPM/Diploma/Degree qualification.

At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Extensive knowledge of logistics and warehousing.

Familiarity with security and safety requirements.

Proficient in SAP systems for sales order processing and stock management.

Ability to manage CRM and warehouse teams; approachable and decisive in resolving issues.

Good communication skills across all levels.

Negotiation skills with external transport providers.
