· To check email daily and reply to and act on the content of email.

· To release the picking list that is in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

· To ensure all account documents given to lorry driver are returned to warehouse with proper chop & signed.

· To update daily incoming stock quantity into system timely.

· To prepare monthly stock write off, repacking & inter-branch transactions.

· To prepare monthly stock count reconciliation worksheet & investigation on stock variances.

· To ensure all supporting documents are properly filed & maintained.

· Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment is a plus.

Willing to work on Saturday in Cyberjaya.
