Store Clerk

Receive goods and materials from suppliers and customers.

Arrange workers for loading/unloading materials.

Record in/out stock and enter data into SQL Financial Accounting System (SQL).

Perform stock calculations and ensure stock quantities match records in the SQL system (up-to-date).

Report shortages to the purchaser or relevant personnel.

Ensure all received goods/materials are in good condition and in correct quantities.

Update weekly stock take reports for the purchaser.

Lock/unlock warehouse cabinets when production workers collect materials (requires ascending/descending stairs).
