Job Responsibilities

• Check emails, reply, and act on their contents
• Release picking lists in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensure all account documents given to lorry drivers are returned to the warehouse with proper chop and signatures
• Update daily incoming stock quantities into the system promptly
• Prepare and process stock write-offs, repacking, and inter-branch transactions
• Ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and maintained
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• SPM leavers or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, including Saturdays and half-days
