STORE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (Vacancies available in the KL and JB areas)

Join our team at Chicco, a trusted global brand specializing in baby products! We are looking for a passionate and customer-friendly Store Assistant Supervisor to assist parents in finding the best solutions for their little ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations and staff activities.
  • Ensure all team members provide warm, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service—especially to new parents and families.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Help train and mentor staff in customer service and product knowledge.
  • Assist with stock management, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor store presentation to ensure products are well-stocked and shelves are appealing.
  • Help with scheduling, shift coverage, and maintaining a productive, supportive team environment.
  • Promote and uphold store policies, safety guidelines, and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role in retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for customer service and sales.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
