  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Capable of managing inventory efficiently, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Willingness to work full-time at the Bukit Mertajam location.
  • Ability to learn about and promote 3C (computer, communication & consumer electronic) gadget products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
  • Operate the inventory system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring store activity and reporting suspicious behavior.
  • Participate in regular stocktaking and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
