A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Planning Executive to manage inventory and production planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory accuracy, analyzing production data, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
1. Review and forecast minimum inventory (raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging, appliance products)
2. Daily audit the actual inventory records to be consistent with the system records
3. Daily audit inventory accuracy and process data inputs into the system
- The GRN/Batch/LOCATION number is consistent with the quantity
- Transfer raw materials to various inventories (STOCK TRANFER)
- Bill of Materials (BOM) inventory calculation required for production
-Packaging, tools, WIP and raw material units adjusted (stock issue out)
-Packaging,consumables, WIP and raw materials (stock waste/adjustment)
4. Responsible for inventory verification analysis including inventory control, inventory counting and determining the accuracy of inventory, and analyzing inventory reports (raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging, appliance products)
5. Calculate the inventory of raw materials, packaging, and consumables required for production to ensure continuous supply. Liaise with purchasing department to handle material shortages
6. order plans for warehouse purchase packaging, tools, and raw material
7. Strong andindependent settle ad-hoc jobs, adjust parameters, manage timeliness, clarify work indicators, and ensure the quality of the assistant's work.
8. Lead and Guidance on job function FIFO, share knowledge to warehouse team member and conduct regular assessments
9. Plan & manage daily working to subordinates
10.Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall productivity
11 Analyze production data and forecasts to develop comprehensive and realistic production & warehouse plans
12.prepare monthly report & data analysis
13. Coordinate with relevant departments and correctly implement instructions issued by superiors
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related fields or with related experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain roles.
Strong understanding of production processes and inventory management
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical and problem-solving skills

In 2001, Kim Man started in Taman Universiti, Johor Bahru. Kim Man is started from a small business in a shop. Both presidents, Mr. Ding and Mr.Yek work hard, started to prepare ingredients before dawn every day.
In 2002, it was a business turning year for Kim Man. The shop owner decided to sell the shop. So, in order to continue their business, Mr. Ding and Mr.Yek have to move their business to other shoplot. That night of moving business to other shoplot, Mr. Ding and Mr.Yek were discussing their future plan for Kim Man. After the discussion, both of them decided to have a wholesale package to those who are interested to do this business. After that, Kim Man stalls also keep increasing one by one.
In 2009, Kim Man has more than 180 stalls, therefore Kim Man was facing the shortage of products. Then, both presidents decided to move to factory in Shahbandar, Johor.
In 2012, both president invest the factory beside Kim Man for business expansion purposes.
